Dear Josef, 
We are going to publish, with Macmillan in 
English (and Jan Kregel as editor) and with Einaudi in 
Italian, two volumes collecting the "Recollections" 
articles. Your essay (appeared in the March 1984 issue 
of both Banca Nazionale del Lavoro Quarterly Review and 
Moneta e Credito) should be included in the first 
volume. 
I think I told you of this project when we 
discussed about your article; but, on checking our 
correspondence, we found that we do not have your 
consent in written, while we have such a consent for 
other "Recollections" papers. Thus, I should be grateful 
if you could send me two lines on this. I am sorry for 
bothering you with this request; as you can imagine, we 
are looking forward to seeing the "Recollections" 
volumes printed. 
Jan told me that the Trieste school will be 
organized again this year. I look forward to meeting you 
this summer.
