Die Agenda-Gruppe wurde von Amit Bhaduri und Egon Matzner initiiert, um Transformationsprozesse in den osteuropäischen Ländern aufmerksam zu beobachten bzw. zu analysieren. Darüber hinaus war das Ziel mit neuen Ideen zu einem erfolgreichen gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Wandel in Osteurpa beizutragen.
