Thank you for your letter of 18th March which I am sorry to 
answer \*ith so much delay. You are right in assuming that 
the contract should lie \fith me alone. Dr Rosner was 
only assisting me ,and in fact our cooperation has 
terminated in the meantime. 
I have already got some of the espy right permissions 
and there seems to be no difficulty on this side.
