CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN A PSYCHOLOGY STUDY 
+ consent to participate in a 
research project in social psychology to be conducted by 
Floyd Rudmin, under the supervision of Professor John Berry 
of the Psychology Dept. of Queen's University. I understand 
that I will be answering questions concerning the meanings 
of certain legal concepts. I have been assured that my 
participation is completely voluntary and that I may 
withdraw at ang time for any reason. I also understand that 
my responses are anonymous and that information from this 
study will not be made public in any form in which I can be 
identified as a participant. I have been informed that 
should I have any concerns about participation in this 
study, I may make them known to Professor John Berry (Tel: 
547-2697) or I may bring them directly to Professor A. 
McGhie, Head of the Psychology Department at Queen's (Tel: 
547-5549). Finally, I understand that I shall be given an 
explanation of the purpose of the study after I have taken 
part in it.
