Discussion
The interpretation of these results will be discussed
in seven sub-sections. First, consideration will be given
to the qualifications that should be put on the results. As
well, the interpretation of the recall listings of the
negatively defined category, i.e.things not owned, will be
considered. Then the recall exemplars. themselves will be
discussed. The central analyses of the ‘study were the rank
orderings and the clusterings of the criteria according to
the four judgement schemes. These will be discussed as
separate topics, and then conclusions and comparisons with
the “findings of other research will be presented. Finally,
the thesis will close with a discussion relating the results
to the set theory framework of ownership presented in the
introduction, along with general directions for future
studies.
Nualifications
The results of this study need to be considered with a
number of qualifications in mind. First of all, although
the study did sample other than a student population as is
common with many studies in psychology, the subjects did
