It shall be optional with you or with your agent to execute the whole or
any part of this Order.
If any dispute arises with regard to this Order, two rcspectable European
Merchants, resident in Bombay (one selected by each party) to be nominated to
survey the goods, and determine the point in dispute, to make any allowance if
need be as they may think fit, and decide fmally in reference thereto. Should
the two gentlemen called not be able to agree in their decision they will choose
a third party, whose decision shall be final and hereby agree to abide by it.
Expenses of survey to be borne by the losing party. Terms of Payments
authorize you to draw upon for the total amount of Invoice in Sg sterling;
shipments per steamer Via Suez Canal at 30 days after sight and such Bill
or Bills hereby bind „SÄ, to accept immediately on presentation and pay at
maturity.
I11 the event of the Yessel containing the goods arriving before the Bills
become due J e hereby agree to retire the same.
Should J e fail to accept or pay properly such Bill or Bills as above-

persons on your behalf to dispose of the documents or goods either by public
auction or private sale on account and risk without any notice to and J„
