to free trade, impact of tariffs and quotas on trade, and Strategie trade policy and imperfect 
competition. 
international Business ethics: Objectives are to develop the capacity to: impose ethical Or 
der on a Situation, provide deliberate reasoning about ethical conflicts, behave according to a 
formulated ethical framework, and influence the ethical choices of others in the Organization. 
international accounting: Topics include foreign currency and infiation accounting, com- 
parative accounting, international taxation and transfer pricing, and foreign subsidiary perfor- 
mance evaluation. 
international finance: Emphasis on the design of a global funding and investment strategy; 
provides an introduction to global financial markets and global financial institutions which act in 
those markets; provides an understanding of the concepts of currency risk, political risk, and 
market Segmentation. 
international Marketing: Provides a framework for managing marketing operations in the 
international firm. Particular attention is paid to sensitizing students to specific problems en- 
countered in international marketing due to different environmental conditions. 
international management: Focuses on the management challenges associated with 
business activity across national boundaries. Aims to provide students with the knowledge, 
skills, and sensitivities that will help them manage more effectively in an international environ- 
ment.

University of South Carolina 
Faculty in the University of South Carolina’s Daria Moore School of Business are renowned for

tensive contact with the practical world of business. Many professors work as Consultants or as

Admissions 
International MBA students are admitted to both the University of South Caroiina and WU
